No SchnurSolutions account? You are still in the right place.

You do not need an account with us to download — this page is open to everyone. What you need in order to work is your organisation’s access, and that comes from whoever manages the members where you work.

  1. Download here

    Get the file and install it. Nothing else is required.

  2. Sign in with the org access

    On first start the program asks for organisation, address and password. Those come from your administration, not from us.

  3. Get going

    Your licence belongs to your organisation. While it runs, the program runs — up to 14 days in a row without a network on site.

Not sure who manages access where you work? Ask whoever creates your sites — they can see the member list.

Expected

Windows will speak up once

On running it, Windows shows the blue “Windows protected your PC” panel. That is not a verdict on the file but on how well known it is: SmartScreen has not seen this installer often enough yet. Tap “More info”, then “Run anyway”.

On a few Windows 11 machines “Smart App Control” is also on. There Windows offers no “Run anyway” and blocks the file outright. That can only be changed in Windows security settings — your decision; we cannot work around it.
