Tell Tekto. It’s in the plan.

Tekto is your colleague on the phone – Schnurplan’s AI assistant. One call is enough: Tekto works with exactly your permissions, in your language, and tells you honestly what has been done.

Tekto arrives on your phone as a contact, via QR code from the Schnurplan app. The name comes from “architect”: someone who builds with you. Everyone can rename their assistant.

Animation that moves on as you scroll: a call runs as a laser line across the grid of axes. The voice wave draws a floor plan from it, which grows into a 3D building; a dimension chain appears. A plan sheet lifts out of the plan, folds into an e-mail envelope and is sent. At the end the plan stamp reads “Done – confirmed by the server”.

  1. Call. From anywhere.

    “Hey Siri, call Tekto” – or simply tap the contact. Tekto recognises you by the contact and signs you in automatically, no PIN. In the car, on site, in the office.

  2. Just say it.

    Tekto greets you by your first name and speaks your language – detects it automatically, even if you switch in the middle of the call. You say what needs doing, as you would to a colleague.

  3. With your permissions. No more.

    Tekto creates tasks, looks up appointments and sends messages to colleagues – in Schnurplan, with exactly your permissions. The server checks every single action.

    The contact proves possession, not identity: if a phone gets lost, you revoke it with one click – optionally with a PIN on top.

  4. A document? It comes by e-mail.

    Tekto creates documents and e-mails them on request – to you, to colleagues or to an address you name. Before sending, Tekto reads the address back for you to confirm.

  5. Calls back. Keeps working.

    “Call me back in an hour and prepare the snag list.” Tekto schedules the call-back to your confirmed number and prepares in the meantime. Longer jobs keep running in the background – the result arrives by e-mail, push or call-back.

  6. Done means done.

    You only hear “done” once the server has confirmed the action. If something fails, Tekto says so openly.

What Tekto does
Tekto calls the office from the organisation’s phone book, introduces itself as an AI assistant, delivers exactly Marco’s message and comes back with the answer. The number stays on the server; the other side gets no company data.

The office knows, Marco kept his hands on the wheel – the answer comes by call-back.

What Tekto does
Tekto reads the message back once and calls the customer after Lena’s yes. Mrs Hoffmann only hears what Lena has approved – she never sees company data. If she asks something new, Tekto makes nothing up: “I’ll check and get back to you.” Tekto takes Lena’s answer to the customer in a new call.
Outcome
The customer is informed and has her answer. Lena only had to speak briefly, twice.

What Tekto does
Tekto schedules the call-back to the number Nina is calling from and prepares the overview in the meantime – with Nina’s permissions. No task is created in Schnurplan for this.
Outcome
Right on time the phone rings, and Tekto reads out the finished overview.

If Tom calls back through his Tekto contact, Tekto tells him the missed item first; it stays open for 48 hours. Anyone calling back only from the call list hears just the topic, for protection – phone numbers can be faked.
Outcome
Nothing gets lost – and only someone with the contact hears the content.

Lena only hears “sent” once the e-mail has really been accepted for delivery.

Tekto remembers it – privately, just for Jonas – and keeps it in mind on later calls. Notes on a call request, by contrast, belong to that request and are visible there to those involved.
Outcome
No call at the wrong time, and nothing private ends up with the team unasked.

Speak the way you like – Tekto detects the language by itself.

Tekto works only with the permissions of the person calling, identifies itself as an AI on the phone and only says “done” once Schnurplan has confirmed it. Schnurplan does not store audio recordings.

  4. Daily server backups

    The server backs up every day at 00:00 UTC, with a 7-day rotation. When you restore, the previous state is kept as a separate restore point.

  5. A second copy on a mirror server

    A second server keeps a copy on standby. To be clear: in an emergency, a person makes the switch — it isn’t automatic.

  6. Access is checked on the server

    Every request goes through your organisation’s permission check — only members you have given access can open a project. Data travels TLS-encrypted, and a checksum on every file reveals changes that would otherwise go unnoticed.

  7. Work offline, sync automatically

    No signal on site? Just keep working. As soon as you’re back online, SchnurPlan syncs everything by itself.
