    Morning: start the day

    Open the app and tap the big button: start the working day. Done. The time comes from the server, not the phone.

  2. Step 2

    On site: scan the QR code

    Every site has its QR code on display. One quick scan and the day is booked to the right site. No scrolling through lists.

    Evening: confirm

    One last tap: confirm the day. The entry goes to the server, where it is checked and logged. That’s the day properly on record.

In the office

Site managers and the office handle the admin.

Setting up sites, assigning staff, issuing QR codes, approving entries: all of that happens in the office. The server is the single source of truth, with server time, permission checks and each company’s data kept strictly separate. Every entry gets a technical confidence level (confirmed, plausible, limited, review recommended) — matter-of-fact, with no hint of suspicion.

Teams & working hours

People are organised in teams with a lead. Working-time models with weekly plan, breaks and tolerances provide the target, holidays and sick days are kept as absences.

Phone forgotten, battery dead? Supervisors record attendance for their team manually. Corrections run through an orderly request path, nothing is silently overwritten.

Reports & Excel export

A ready-to-hand-in Excel report, a real .xlsx, no Excel required: sessions, timezone-correct evaluation, ready to pass on to payroll.

Privacy & consent

Location only with consent in the browser and only while the app is active. The detection type of every entry is stated in plain words, and a plausibility hint stays a hint, never a verdict of fraud.

Traceable, not tracked

Start, site and confirmation are logged. No secret 24-hour tracking, no movement profile running in the background.

To be honest:

  • The app can only pick up location reliably while it is open and active. A web app isn’t allowed to track you secretly in the background — and that’s a good thing.

  • That’s why the QR code and manual confirmation are the simple fallback when no location is available. Both are recorded as equally valid.

  • The server confirms and logs every entry with server time. We don’t make up accuracy figures or a complete movement profile.
